Will u plz tell the reason behind late joining of MHA accountant from cgl 2014. Can u for forecast that until when the joining of accountant in MHA may take place?

From last two -three days one news is startled me a lot that from now on sr accountant and sr auditor will be selected directly …together with this AAO will be selected (75%) from open exam…..If these things happens…My apprehension is that I,being selected as accountant in mha in 14, am finished as I hv thought that golden chance to become AAO in next two three four years.
Not only this I will become sr auditor in next 6 yrs….pls suggest. .
ha agar ye implement ho jata hai toh bahut loss hai aap logo ko … better try for ssc next attempt and get a good post instead of regretting
